What exactly does a corporate design proposal include?
A proposal includes the survey of the space, the development of an aesthetic concept, the selection of materials and furniture, and the planning of the work. It does not include the execution of the work or the purchase of furniture, unless an additional comprehensive service is contracted.
Is the presented budget fixed or can it vary?
The budget is provided as an estimate based on the initial scope. Any modification requested by the client during the process —change of materials, redistribution of spaces, or inclusion of unforeseen elements— may adjust the final value. This is communicated in writing before proceeding.
Who is responsible for work licenses and permits?
The client is responsible for obtaining the necessary municipal licenses and construction permits. Our studio can advise on the required technical documentation, but the management and associated costs are borne by the contracting party.
What happens if the client decides to cancel the project after it has started?
In the event of cancellation, the services actually provided up to the date of notification are invoiced, plus any non-recoverable expenses committed (such as material orders or supplier reservations). No additional penalties are applied.
Are the delivered plans and renders for the client's exclusive use?
Yes, the deliverables are the client's intellectual property for the contracted project. Their reproduction or use in other projects without the express authorization of Anthonywyndhamart is prohibited. The studio reserves the right to publish images of the completed project for portfolio purposes, unless a prior confidentiality agreement is in place.
